Anne Davison, dramaturg
Anne Davison is a NY-based freelance dramaturg who also works in film/TV casting. Recent dramaturgy projects include Alex Timbers and Michael Friedman’s musical adaptation Love's Labour's Lost (Shakespeare in the Park), doug elkins choreography, etc.'s Hapless Bizarre, Mo(or)town/Redux, and Fräulein Maria, Mark Gindick’s solo show Wing-Man, David Dorfman Dance’s Come, and Back Again, Jane Comfort and Company’s Beauty, and Timbers and Friedman’s Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (Public Theater and Broadway). Anne is an artistic associate of the Obie-award winning theater company Les Freres Corbusier. She was the casting director for the independent films Concussion and American Milkshake (both 2013 Sundance selections) and casting associate for the Amazon series “Alpha House” and the Emmy award-winning HBO film "Game Change". M.F.A. in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism from Yale School of Drama.
RAINEY ROWAN, Assistant PRoducer
Originally from the Los Angeles, Rainey Rowan began her career as a triple threat, cast in productions of Chicago, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Rocky Horror Show and The Time of Your Life. In 2012 Rainey made her move to New York City, with an interest in coordinating and producing. She began her production work at Slant Productions, and as an event coordinator at Frames Bowling Lounge. She eventually found her way to Sasha Eden and Marlo Hunter in 2015, and is now the assistant producer of the Theatrical Culinary Project. She has most recently coordinated shows and events with Eating Their Words and Quiet Theater.
She received a BFA in Acting and a minor in Musical Theater from Point Park University, studied for a semester at Regents College in London, and has worked as a director and choreographer for The Adderley School, an after school conservatory program for children 3-14 years old. In addition to working on The Theatrical Culinary Project, Rainey is currently an operations manager at the premier dance studio Steps On Broadway, and continues to dance, sing, and act in her rare but valuable moments of free time.
Elle Simone, Sous Chef
Elle Simone Scott, a Detroit Native & Brooklyn transplant, is a culinary maverick. Always drawn to creative food culture, Elle has been dazzling the culinary world since 2006, quickly becoming a highly sought after freelance food stylist and culinary producer. Elle has collaborated and contributed her unique styling abilities to Food Network, Food Network Magazine, The Cooking Channel, The Katie Couric Show, CBS Corporation, ABC’s The Chew and Bravo's Chef Roble and Co.
Her Specialties don’t stop with styling and production. As the creator of SheChef, Elle shares her passion for Culinary Arts by mentoring women within the industry and by sharing meals through The Cast Iron Supper Club. Through SheChef, Elle brings a holistic approach to culinary and media and its multitude of avenues, offering the following services: Brand consulting, mentoring, recipe development, cookbook editing/formatting, cooking lessons and menu planning. With a focus on beautiful and tasty dishes Elle transcends the traditional role of a chef, working to share her gift and tell a story through food.
